At , we do not ship vaping products to Australia. However, you can purchase a range of our products through our partner, Quit Hero.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand Only)
- We offer free shipping for all New Zealand customers, including rural areas, South Island, and North Island.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days. This does not include delays which can include public holidays.
- In New Zealand, all nicotine products require a signature from someone 18 years or older. If your ID is declined, the parcel will be returned.
- If your order is placed on a Friday you may experience delayed tracking updates.
- Our Warehouse is open Monday - Thursday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We apologise for any delays.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide using NZ Couriers, NZ Post, and Aramax. Please note this is subject to change in the future.
- International deliveries may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
- You are responsible for understanding your country’s customs laws and regulations.
Important Notes on Australia
- Due to regulations, we no longer ship our vaping products to Australia.
- Customers attempting to import products to Australia risk prosecution, and we are not liable for intercepted packages or customs enforcement.
